What is DMCA?

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that protects the rights of content creators and copyright holders. DooFlix respects intellectual property rights and takes all copyright complaints seriously.

Our Position on Copyright

DooFlix does not host, upload, store, or distribute any video content on its own servers. All media accessible through the app is sourced from publicly available third-party links already present on the internet. We operate solely as an index and do not have direct control over third-party content.

DMCA Takedown Request

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that content accessible through DooFlix infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request to us.

Your request must include the following:

1. Your full legal name and contact information
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The specific URL or link pointing to the infringing content
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner

How to Submit a DMCA Request

Send your complete DMCA takedown notice to us via Telegram. We aim to process all valid requests within 48 hours of receipt.

Once a valid request is verified, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the reported link promptly
• Take reasonable steps to prevent re-linking of the same content
• Notify you once the content has been addressed

Counter Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your full name and contact information
2. Identification of the content that was removed
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court
5. Your electronic or physical signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

DooFlix has a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. Any user or source found repeatedly infringing copyright will be permanently blocked from the platform.

Limitation of Liability

DooFlix acts in good faith to remove infringing content upon receiving valid notices. We are not liable for any damages arising from third-party content linked within the app.
